John joined D.A. Davidson with over 20 years of experience in the investment industry, most recently as a Wealth Advisor with Umpqua Bank. He earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations and Japanese studies from Bucknell University, a certificate of Completion for studies at Waseda University in Japan, and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certificant.

A graduate of Leadership Clark County, his commitment to community responsibility includes prior service with several local boards of directors and current board work for the Foundation for Vancouver Public Schools.


Mary Meyers

Mary joined D.A. Davidson in 2017 after 25 years as an independent investment professional. During that time she operated her financial services company, Threshold, Inc., which, for the last eight years, has been affiliated with LPL Financial. A graduate of the University of Oregon, Mary was certified by the State of Oregon to teach in secondary schools and attributes her strength in client services to her training as a teacher. In 2011, she received the Alumni Fellow Award in Social Sciences from the University of Oregon College of Arts and Science.

As a financial professional, Mary is an active member of the community where she lives and works. Her past work has included extensive service on the Board of Trustees of the Fort Vancouver National Trust, a supporting organization for the Historic Reserve Site in Vancouver, Washington.


Molly Filbin

Molly joined D.A. Davidson Trust Company with over 15 years of trust experience, most recently with Umpqua Bank. She holds a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor™ (CTFA™) certification. Her far-ranging experience includes ongoing trust administration and post-mortem estate settlement, and the management and oversight of trust department staff, audits, policy and procedure. Molly’s strengths lie in her straightforward communication style and her ability to apply complex strategies through a simplified execution plan.

Molly assists clients with the development and implementation of trusts and estate plans, including long-term plan administration and integrating investment strategies. She specializes in offering personalized service based on each client’s circumstances, especially in the areas of Family Office administration and managing clients’ probate matters, trust administration needs and tax planning. Molly has always considered it a privilege to meet families, often in times of tension or loss, and assist them in planning and implementing practical strategies for wealth preservation and transfer.

She is a graduate of Gonzaga University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. Molly serves on the board of the SW Washington Estate Planning Council, volunteers with the PeaceHealth Southwest Hospital Foundation’s Planned Giving Committee, and is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Clark County.


John Briscoe
Vice President, Trust and Estate Planning

John joined D.A. Davidson in 2017 with a wealth of comprehensive estate planning experience, most recently managing his own law firm. Prior to that, he spent several years with a boutique estate planning firm that served as fiduciary and asset managers on trusts, including closely held businesses, real estate, and other special assets.

John holds a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma where he was Federal Editor for the Law Review, a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Central Oklahoma, and also studied at Queen’s College, University of Oxford, UK. John has served on the board of the Southwest Washington Estate Planning Council and other professional and charitable associations.

Becki Garrow

Becki provides clients with professional and personalized service. She came to D.A. Davidson after previously working at Umpqua Bank and has over 20 years of experience in assisting with wealth management and preservation strategies. A graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology.

Becki is active in the community, particularly with work for her church and children’s school. Additionally, she coaches volleyball and track at St. Joseph Catholic School, is a school board and athletic board member, and is an avid sportswoman.

Tanya Korolkova
Personal Trust Administrator

Tanya joined D.A. Davidson Trust Company in 2017 with six years of prior trust experience, most recently with Umpqua Bank. Focused on meeting clients’ and beneficiaries’ needs, she has extensive abilities relating to trust administration. When not working alongside clients, Tanya is a student at Washington State University, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on human resources. She is also in the process of obtaining her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor™ (CTFA™) certification through Cannon Financial Institute.

Outside of work, Tanya volunteers with Compassion Connect, a free day clinic that provides dental and medical services to low-income families, and as a lunch buddy with Vancouver Public Schools. She also enjoys traveling, vacations with family and photography.
